[BUG] Repo name doesn't adhere to plugins naming convention

This repo is named "alerting-dashboards-plugin"

As per https://github.com/opensearch-project/opensearch-plugins/blob/main/CONVENTIONS.md#opensearch-plugins, the repo name should not include the word "plugin", and the name should be prefixed with "dashboards-".

The maintainers do not have access to change the repo name to dashboards-alerting. Do we also
@CEHENKLE is this something you have the ability to do so?
Also will this cause any problems with forks of the repo and when infra creates new distribution builds for OpenSearch-Dashboards.
