Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There currently doesn't seem to be a way to run a search in Observability Logs or Query Workbench without using the mouse to click "Run".

Describe the solution you'd like

I see that <Enter> is used to select autocomplete options but it would be great if, like in Dev Tools, a search could be executed with <Ctrl-Enter>.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Tabbing to select the "Run" button but this isn't a great experience.

@opensearch-project/admin could we route this to the Observability plugin team?
