[BUG] flaky test in index management dashboard plugin

What is the bug?

Rollup and Transform cypress tests are flaky and are failing in multiple linux and windows distributions.

Many a times newly created rollups and transform are coming as disabled instead of enabled.

How can one reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

Integration test should pass in release process

What is your host/environment?

linux rpm, linux deb, linux tar

There is no actual issue in 2.16 for linux:x64 or any other linux distributions. As in multiple runs this test fails sometimes.
