[FEATURE] Deprecate/remove aggregation view

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Since aggregation view is an experimental feature that is not supported and workspaces will take over that effort, we should remove that code to avoid confusion. We should also change the developer guide to not add it.
What solution would you like?
Removal of the feature code and update the docs
