I guess the line count is used here.

Data it uses: https://api.github.com/repos/opensource-place/frontend/languages

That's normal, but we can calculate, for example
{ "JavaScript": 45473, "HTML": 3118, "CSS": 2973 }

total is 51.564, CSS percent is (2973/51564)*100 = 6%
