Context

When p2p is enabled Wifi connection needs to be switched off to avoid syncing to the server
When p2p terminates for whatever reason either successful completion of sync, sync failure, or connection failure. It is automatically put on.

How to replicate

Using the latest LMH VTS app
Disable wifi after login and sync.
Try to connect to another device with the same practitioner logged in (This will initiate a failure in connection)
You will notice wifi is automatically started/put on.

Acceptance criteria

When p2p exits due to any reason wifi should not be automatically put on.
