The module creates feeds from the point whn module is installed first. If system already has data then it should create for existing data well to allow pulling data since ever

Done. Module would create atomfeeds for existing Patients, Encounters, DrugOrders if there is no entry for OpenSRP.* category i.e. module is installed first time.
