ANC Risk factors tasks

Context

• We have red flags that occur during the ANC & PNC follow-ups. We would like to create tasks to remind the CHWs that they need to attend to these risk factors

Tech Implementation requirements

• Create a task every time a red flag is found on the ANC visit.

Task status lifecycle

• Ready -- This is assigned after task creation
• Complete -- This means the task is completed. The status for this task is only changed once the visit form is completely filled and saved.
• Failed -- This means the task was not handled within a given period and the business status changed to expired.

Task business status lifecycle

• Visit Scheduled -- This is added once a task has been created. It means the SK should visit the patient to address the risk factors.
• Visit Complete -- Assigned immediately a visit is completed.
• Visit Task Expired -- Agree to a given period that this task can be open. After that period the task is marked as Expired
