Save Button Following Flag Problem Taking Long to Complete #84

When a user clicks on the Flag Problem button on the EUSM Andorid APK, the process to save the form goes on and never seems to end. See sample screenshot below. However, escaping the screen shows that the event is successfully saved except for the saving process that appears to hang.
