Feature request: direct interface with Plover #24

I'd like it if there could be an easy direct way for stenodict to "talk" to Plover. Maybe something as simple as a Google Drive folder. People could then have the option of downloading dictionaries directly from Plover. Thanks!

With Plover 4, this could be done as a plugin, right?
