get rid of old dedicated bastions

We mostly access hosts through bridge. There are,however, still lots of dedicated bastions in different infra elements. We currently know few about them (what's running, df, os, etc). Ideally we get rid of those thus lowering amount of used resources. From the security POV it is also good to drop them.
There are of course exceptions, and those exceptions must appear in inventory to be properly managed and monitored.
