Currently, the tip field is ignored in extrinsics. For this reason, it is impossible for users to overwrite transactions that are stuck in the transaction queue if the need arises. Including this would allow users to better define the importance of extrinsics by including a tip to incentivize faster inclusion of these extrinsics.
