What changed between driver 10.013.00 and 10.014.01 for this realtek 8126 NIC?

I can see the source code changes in a77d4e6 which is great, however this is a pretty big commit without any notes.

I assume this repo is simply imported into Github with the source Realtek provides, however hopping someone knows if there are release notes or patch notes anywhere.

You're correct, this is imported from the source that Realtek provides.
AFAIK there are no release notes at all, but if anyone knows I'll attach them to every release.
