[feature request]remove YurtAppOverrider from OpenYurt #2263

What would you like to be added:
As discussed in the proposal: https://github.com/openyurtio/openyurt/blob/master/docs/proposals/20240102-upgrade-yurtappset-to-v1beta1.md, we will remove YurtAppOverrider API from OpenYurt in the next versions(from v1.4 --> v1.5 --> v1.6) because v1beta1.YurtAppset can provide all abilities of YurtAppOverrider.

OpenYurt v1.6 has been released, so in version v1.7 I think it's the time to remove YurtAppOverrider resource.

Remove YurtAppOverrider API
Remove YurtAppOverrider Controller
Remove YurtAppOverrider webhook
