ZFS-2.3.0 support for FreeBSD 14.2

Describe the feature would like to see added to OpenZFS

This is a request to extend https://github.com/openzfs/zfs/releases/tag/zfs-2.3.0-rc4 to support the recently released FreeBSD 14.2

It would be nice if it was also built and tested on that platform if the resources are available for that.

Now that 14.2 is out we can roll the CI forward to test with it instead of 14.1.

Much appreciated. I am getting ready to deploy 10 PB of ZFS storage on FreeBSD servers and the more upstream testing the better.

FreeBSD 14.2 has been added to the CI and is supported in the 2.3.0-rc5 release.
