For simplicity, the ToC (table of content) which is displayed in a left sidebar on iFixit online website has been removed from category pages for now

This ToC must come back, including stuff to make it disappear on small screens (e.g. mobile).

Some specific JS code is used in the online version of iFixit but probably useless for a static webpage like used in ZIMs.
