There is now a new libzim release, so we can create a new release v0.2. This is still a version 0 because not all needed bindings have been created,. See #11.

Release created and binaries also uploaded to https://download.openzim.org/release/javascript-libzim/.

I should add that the new release is based on libzim_wasm-emscripten-8.1.1.tar.gz.
