Zone deletion requires 2 admin approvals even with 1 admin account #111

Hello,

Currently managing our pdns cluster with a single admin account on this, and tried deleting a test zone to be presented with an approval requirement of another admin for it to delete.
Could be a good idea to add detection to only force this if there are 2 admin users for that zone.

Any way to proceed without making a dummy admin account and then removing it?

Thanks.

Needing 2 admin approvals should be a config option that can be disabled or ignored if there is only one admin user defined. I'm the only person that has sufficient knowledge to do DNS admin, so doesn't make sense to force another person to make an action that they have no idea what they're doing, it just adds complexity without achieving anything.

Currently I have to resort to a shell script that calls pdnsutil to delete zones in Master and Slaves.
