Per Issue 4 here the package structure should be renamed:

Inference Checkers:
interning → org.checkerframework.inference.checker.interning
ostrusted → org.checkerframework.inference.checker.ostrusted
trusted → org.checkerframework.inference.checker.trusted
hardcoded → org.checkerframework.inference.checker.hardcoded
nninf → org.checkerframework.inference.checker.nullness
sparta → sparta (would need to refactor sparta project first)

Current checkers.inference:
checkers.inference → org.checkerframework.inference.framework
