Depends on deprecated template provider #26

Template provider is deprecated and without maintenance. It's not working in Mac ARM notebooks.

│ Provider registry.terraform.io/hashicorp/template v2.2.0 does not have a package available for your current platform, darwin_arm64.

I refactored the code to use built in templatefile function and cloudinit provider instead.
