Add coinjoin in ord using joinstr

Some ord users have tried to use coinjoin in wasabi for hunting rare sats in past. I am not sure if they still use it. However, an inbuilt option to do coinjoin in ord could help everyone.

It will provide some liquidity for users that are participating in coinjoin rounds for privacy and ord users will be able to achieve their goal of hunting sats.

Joinstr is the easiest option to integrate in ord for coinjoin.
