Rename SeriousSamTSE to SeriousSamClassic

Hello.
It is possible to rename SeriousSamTSE to SeriousSamClassic .
The appmagepool displays both SeriousSamTFE and SeriousSamTSE applications.

Also the download button https://appimage.github.io/SeriousSamTSE/ shows both applications.

I didn't think about it. That's my fault.
I needed to name the file data/SeriousSamClassic in PR.
