How to use gradience-cli outside of flatpak

Hi,
I am a flatpak noob running Debian 12. Hope you can help me! 😃

Applying a theme via flatpak (flatpak run com.github.GradienceTeam.Gradience) doesn't work for me, but if I use the binary located at /var/lib/flatpak/exports/bin/com.github.GradienceTeam.Gradience the theme is applied on my GTK4 applications.

That's no big deal since it works just by using a different binary/path, but the problem is that I would like to run gradience-cli but there is no such binary in /var/lib/flatpak/exports/bin.
There is one in /var/lib/flatpak/app/com.github.GradienceTeam.Gradience/current/active/files/bin/ but that gives the following error message:

gradience-cli via flatpak works but since it doesn't apply the theme system wide for me, I don't have much use for it 😒 .
