You'll need to update the formula yourself, e.g.

• OpenJDK needs an existing JDK to bootstrap. Right now, the formula only has an x86_64 bootstrap on Linux. You can try adding a Linux ARM bootstrap inside the boot-jdk resource like https://download.java.net/java/GA/jdk17.0.2/dfd4a8d0985749f896bed50d7138ee7f/8/GPL/openjdk-17.0.2_linux-aarch64_bin.tar.gz
• And you will probably need to update the path build/linux-x86_64-server-release/images/jdk/. The x86_64 won't work. You could use a wildcard * instead like on macOS.

Beyond that, you will need to test it out and fix any other issues that occur.
