Description of issue

I had my macOS Sequoia 15.0.1 shut down for a week and when I returned my httpd is working but not serving my vhosts.
http://local.myDomain.com is returning Forbidden

I don't understand how all of a sudden all of a sudden how there's a permission issue.

PS : Dropbox is not installed on my laptop - the folder name just exists though.

It looks like there were 2 versions of apache running ?

sudo apachectl stop 
brew services start httpd

Now its working.
