Project Description

Passkey is a new authentication method based on the WebAuthn and FIDO2 standards. It allows users to register and log in to systems without needing a password. Instead, users utilize biometric data or a PIN on their device to create and use a private key stored securely on the device.

In this project, I will build the system including backend and friend for this passkey authenticatio. The goal is to build a secure, passwordless authentication system compatible with both mobile devices and desktop computers in Nillion Network

What problems does your project solve? How does it preserve privacy for users?

• Users often create weak passwords due to the difficulty of remembering complex ones. Passkeys avoid this issue by eliminating passwords entirely.
• Passkeys streamline the login process, offering a quicker and more intuitive way to authenticate without compromising security.
• Passkeys work seamlessly across various devices and platforms
