Hi ONEST team! I see a couple of points not stated in the paper. Hopefully those are going to be covered in the detailed version.

The points are:

1. Along with training, offer the opportunity for users to undertake an 'assessment' - Which could be leveraged for practice or final submission leading to certification, depending on the choice of the user.
2. What we often tend of miss is the systematic career counselling opportunities. A dedicated hub/ segment for the same will bring this to light and shall get the desired attention by the users and facilitators.
