Observation: The distance that different phones are expected to be kept at differs. The range for this is significantly different ranging from 20cm above sheet to sometimes bringing it to the level of my head as I stand in front of a sheet placed on a table.
Impact: With the app scaling up to the rest of the country (rather quickly), we would require some aspect of standardizing to reduce the training dependency and error chances.
Desire: Similar to how QR codes get scanned (which has become second-nature), we desire scanning that is standardized.
