Update: Minimum Price of Gas Change on Archway Constantine Testnet

We've implemented the Minimum Price of Gas (mPoG) change on the Constantine testnet (https://testnet.mintscan.io/archway-testnet/proposals/101), mirroring the recent adjustments made on Mainnet. This ensures that Dapps tested on Testnet will perform more predictably when deployed on Mainnet, enhancing compatibility and developer experience.

If you operate a validator on Constantine, we ask that you set your validator node's minimum price of Gas to no more than 140 GWAY.
