I am building an integration with github webhooks and I have some failures that need me to send a workflow run cancellation (https://docs.github.com/en/rest/actions/workflow-runs?apiVersion=2022-11-28#cancel-a-workflow-run), however, there is no way to include a message with it so that the users looking at their workflow run know why it was cancelled.
Here is what I see:
Requesting a way to include a message that will show in the Annotations. Something like "The run was canceled by @veertuinc-anklet[bot] for reason: anka VM template not found."
