For anybody who ends up here, you can currently modify the select option value using browser dev tools if you want a custom date and it works. I'm sure someone could make a userscript or extension that adds an input instead of manually editing, but in my case it's infrequent enough that I don't mind opening the dev tools to set my end time. Would still be great if it were an option supported by GitHub directly |

My company is experimenting with assigning teams for PR review to help distribute reviews. In the docs for this, it mentions you can set your GitHub user status to "busy" to avoid being assigned a review. This seems quite useful for someone going on vacation who should not be assigned reviews for a period of time.
When setting user status, there is an option to clear status for 30 minutes, 1 hr, 4 hrs, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month
It would be great if there was a custom option with a datetime input. Based on the GraphQL API docs it accepts a DateTime, so this should be possible.
It would also be great if you could schedule the status in some way, but I understand this is likely a much bigger change than just adding a custom end datetime for the status.
