Assistance with GitHub Education Application Rejection: English translation #141490
-
Hi everyone,Hello, My GitHub Education application was rejected because the document I submitted is apparently not in English, and my university’s name was also reportedly missing (its there). I provided a student ID that is handwritten in Bulgarian, referred to as a “student card.” It’s not a standard plastic ID but more like a small booklet. The first page includes details like my enrollment date, faculty name, faculty ID, photo, and personal information. I contacted my university, but they confirmed that the student card cannot be officially translated or provided in any other format. Could you please advise on what steps I can take to ensure GitHub recognizes my student status? |

Update: you write it manually on a paper next to the real documents and it works. 👍 |
