It looks like the token I currently use is not listed in any of the pages at https://github.com/settings/tokens which means that I cannot remove it.

It's probably a security issue.

I somehow managed to get an answer from Github themselves:

These feed tokens are per-user and per-feed, and the expiry for the tokens is 50 years. However, changing the password for the user account that owns the token will cause it to be reset. That is the only way to reset them.
