Will newly sponsored people receive their first payment after 60 days or after 90 days?

Will newly sponsored people receive their first payment after 60 days or after 90 days?
When I read section 3.3 of the GitHub Sponsor Additional Terms: "For initial payments, GitHub will issue all Sponsored Developer Payments to you 60 days after the first referral, subject to the variables below. This probationary period applies to all Sponsored Developer Accounts and helps ensure the integrity of the program. "
However when looking at the payments section on the sponsor's dashboard it looks like this:
"Estimated Next Payout
Payouts to newly approved GitHub Sponsors accounts have a probation period of up to 90 days. Read more about payouts in the GitHub Sponsors Additional Terms."_
So will newly sponsored people receive their first payment in 60 days or 90 days?
I tried to read it many times but I really don't understand.
Can everyone talk to me so I can understand better? Thank you ^^
