Hilariously, as a power user I've spent the last few months thinking there's a bug with DBeaver - I would often open up my projects, try to expand the table list and find it show nothing at all. Sometimes, however, there would be results. I kept getting updates and finding the problem occur. This morning, I realised that there was no problem with DBeaver, and instead, I had a search term that didn't match any of the tables in the DB I was trying to open.
Unless you see that there is a query in the database navigator, visually it is not apparent that there are no tables in the listing due to the search term - especially as you get more and more configurations and you're towards the bottom of the navigator panel (where your eyes are not generally near the search bar).
If there was a single "comment" line shown under the table when expanded with "No tables match the search terms." - I think it would be helpful.
