Move application menu bar to top panel

I really like Elementary OS for its clean MacOS inspired design. What I still miss is the possibility to show the menu bar noch in the windows, but at the top panel (like in MacOS) - or is it there and I only didn't find it?

No, it isnt there... it hasnt been done.
I am not sure if possible ? But if it is it could be a nice idea for a plugin.
