Failing to build otbr agent on RPI

Following this guide and trying to run the setup script for eth0 INFRA_IF_NAME=eth0 ./script/setup.

The build fails with the following error which seems to hint at a problem building mDNS responder?

Can't find much information on why this would be happening. Things I have tried include installing libavahi-compat-libdnssd-dev and installing the latest version of mDNS responder (2200.120.24) since the bootstrap script is using an older version (1790.80.10) to no avail.

Any suggestions what to try next?
