JavaScript Restrictor (AKA JShelter) improves privacy by allowing the user to restrict the usage and manipulate the output of 30+ APIs, some of which no other addon to my knowledge can do (although Chameleon comes close). It also has 3 preset levels of protection to choose from, with increasing web breakage the higher the security rating (similar to how uBlock does it). I have no affiliation with the project, I'm just curious what more knowledgeable individuals think of this addon vs others. |
