🚀 Features

• Before v0.8.0, Sveltos event driven framework only allowed for the monitoring of events (defined using Lua language) in a cluster and in response the deployment of add-ons exclusively within the same cluster where the event occurred. With the introduction of cross-cluster configuration in release v0.8.0, the event-driven framework now enables Sveltos to monitor events in a specific cluster and subsequently deploy add-ons to a designated set of different clusters.
• Also with this release, event driven framework and cluster health checks are fully integrated with Sveltos’ multi-tenancy solution. As a result, tenant administrators are now able to create EventSources/HealthChecks, and Sveltos will ensure that each tenant administrator can only evaluate resources that they have been granted access to by the platform administrator through Sveltos RoleRequest. The Sveltos agent, which operates on each managed clusters, and evaluate events and health checks, accomplishes this by impersonating the tenant admin during the resource fetching process, allowing Kubernetes RBAC to validate permissions effectively.
