Multiple SignaturePad does not work as expected

Hi Team,

I have two signature pad in the form but the second signature pad is not working as expected.
I guess even though both have different canvas id still suspect that the second pad is not getting initialized.
clearing the second signature pad, clears the first second pad.

Any idea on how to fix this...
