self-host superbase can not create new snippet in sqlsqleditor page

when I click create new snippet, it created a snippet item that I can edit, run normally.

But after I refresh the page, it disappeared. I can't find this snippet, even when I try accessing it using the URL from when it was created.

I noticed that the Primary Database in the bottom right corner has been stuck in a loading state. Could this be the reason why the snippet wasn't saved?
