difference between kata and unikraft container

from https://unikraft.org/docs/getting-started/integrations/container-runtimes, unikernel can run in container. But I am not sure whether 1)there is a agent in vm? 2)only one container(unikernel) or many containers(unikernels) can run in a VM?
maybe this is the main difference.
