Allowing duplicate relations with different pivot data

Hi,

I need to setup an organizational chart for my company. However I'm unable to achieve my task because I can't relate, for example, the same user to the same role but with different pivot data. In fact, the user is filtered from the users list.

How can I solve?

I found this thread on the internet. They suggest to add the id column to the pivot.
