Restrict User registration based on location - Orlando/surrounding cities.
If Central Florida -> registration page
Else -> request city.io in your town page

I wonder if you should first ask the user for their html5 location ... if they say yes, then it's a much better indicator of location than IP geocoding. Of course, if they say no (or don't answer at all), you could use the IP as a backup 🌎
