Add support for dataset in azureml provider #19

Hi, thanks for your project.

It would be nice to add an extra resource to the provider in order to create dataset in AzureML. The current functionality only allows to create datastores. A Dataset is dependant on a datastore and will be what it is eventually mounted to AzureML.

Are you considering adding that functionality in the future?
