Is SERVE_TLS_ALLOW_TERMINATION_FROM deprecated?

Hi,

There are three environment variables

          "name": "SERVE_ADMIN_TLS_ALLOW_TERMINATION_FROM",
          "name": "SERVE_PUBLIC_TLS_ALLOW_TERMINATION_FROM",
          "name": "SERVE_TLS_ALLOW_TERMINATION_FROM",

Is the last one obsolete by the former two? I can omit it? I can't see what it is used for given there are only public and admin interfaces. Or is it used if the former two are not specified (but they still overrule it if specified)?
