We need the following additional points in the documentation:

Explain the input file kpi_mapping.csv in a project
Explain the input file test_annotations.xlsx in a project
Explain how one can get a hugging face model
Reference from the third manual to the second manual explizitly in the prerequisits, namely a project is needed
Add more explanation on the settings.yaml file
