UseDevItem not propagated to links on issue list page

1. Visit https://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/en/issues/open?source=&class=&useDevItem=all&username=&bbox=&item=9012 (or any other item behind the useDevItem flag)
2. Click the number below Count. It will send you to i.e. https://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/en/issues/open?source=404205&item=9012&class=9012008
3. Get an empty page with no issues
4. Manually add &useDevItem=all to the URL to see the results again

Reason:
The numerical link under count does not add &useDevItem=all or &useDevItem=true if useDevItem is set to all or only

Similar for the links under item and cl (class)
I would assume that, when you have explicitly set useDevItem, you'd like to keep this value when you move to item-specific pages (i.e. with the URL containing &item=*
