Consider adding a help menu

I'm still deciding if this is something we should add. What this would look like is a window will pop up with a list of all of the available commands for quick reference. This would especially be helpful for newcomers. I'm just wondering if this would actually be helpful, or if referencing the config directly would be good enough. It may also be beneficial for application and language specific commands since those would probably be used less often and would need to be referenced more.
