Look a bit like the atomic move failed, probably because some file is still open in the source. This is something where Windows would fail, but Linux would succeed. Do you have a chance to try the same on Linux? |

Hello, What's strange is that the directories could be moved manually without any problems. The error also occurred after the installed security software was turned off. I don't know what else would block files in the directory. But like I said, it works for me now. |

Hello everyone,
I'm having a problem running the scan. The scan aborts with an AccessDeniedException when checking out a git repository.
As far as I can see there is a problem downloading submodules from github.
I'm adding an excerpt from the issue here.
I'm using
ORT 21.0.0
ScanCode version: 32.1.0
ScanCode Output Format version: 3.1.0
SPDX License list version: 3.23
